環境防災研究室では、自然災害から私たちの生活を守るための研究、交通騒音等の環境問題に関する研究を行っています。対象となる自然災害は、液状化、地盤沈下、斜面崩壊、地震による杭基礎被害などで、様々なアプローチからそれらの被害を軽減する方法を模索しています。具体的には、振動台模型試験または数値解析を用いた液状化対策工法の性能評価や、交通車両から発せられる騒音伝播をプログラムで再現する研究です。様々な研究テーマがあることも環境防災研究室の大きな特徴です。
The Environment Disaster Prevention Research Laboratory conducts research on environmental problems such as research to protect our lives from natural disasters and traffic noise. Natural disasters targeted are seeking ways to alleviate those damage from various approaches due to liquefaction, ground subsidence, slope failures, and pile foundation damage due to earthquakes. Specifically, we are conducting a performance evaluation of the liquefaction countermeasure method using a shaking table model test or numerical analysis, and a program to reproduce the noise propagation emitted from a transportation vehicle program. It is also a big feature of the environmental disaster prevention laboratory that there are various research themes.
