Akihiro NARITA Factor analysis of intention to offer vacant houses for vacant house owner Kazushi SANO Vacant houses are increasing in many parts of the country, but many vacant houses do not provide vacant houses, so they are unable to migrate easily. The purpose of this research is to investigate the actual conditions of the promotion policy of the vacant houses, to obtain the knowledge of effective promotion measures, and to clarify the factors which affect the intention of the vacant houses. And, based on two research objectives, we propose measures to promote offer vacant house. At first, systematization of the vacant housing provision policy was carried out in order to obtain the knowledge of effective vacant housing provision policy. As a result of the sorting, it was considered that the region which carried out the cooperation and support of the third party, such as the local inhabitant, was useful. Next, an interview survey was conducted with Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, which is cooperating and supporting third parties including local residents as a measure. As a result of the interviews, it was considered that it was effective for the vacant owner who did not act on the vacant house offer from the viewpoint of the effective measure. In addition, analysis was performed from the results of two questionnaires. First, we analyzed the "H29 Nagaoka City Unoccupied House Owner Questionnaire Survey" conducted by Nagaoka City and investigated the reasons why there are many reasons for unoccupied house owners who intend to provide unoccupied houses. The analysis results show that the owners who intend to provide are "owners whose maintenance costs are more than 100,000 yen" and "owners whose vacant house years are less than one year". Secondly, we analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey of "possibility change of consciousness" conducted in this study and focused on the change in intention to provide vacant houses when new information was presented from here. As a result of the analysis, there is a tendency that the intention to provide is increasing especially for the two types of information that are the current information, "more people who want to migrate than vacant houses where they can live" and "more people who want second-hand or old private houses". Was. We proposed "presentation of current status information from local residents" as the policy with the highest priority among the proposals in this study. The content is to ask local residents to cooperate with the measures to provide vacant houses, and to present the information directly to the vacant house owners, mainly by transmitting the current information.
