Impact and Benefits Evaluation of Accident Risk Information is Given to the Route Choice Behavior of the Driver

Fatal accident of traffic accidents is decreasing. Social and economic losses due to traffic accidents is big. Attention is collected in a soft measure. A traffic accident measure by an offer of the accident-generation risk information which can be named as one of a soft measure is also considered, but it isn't being done until effect measurement.
I made Niigata bypass and a day eastern road the subject by this research. Calculation and evaluation of the questionnaire which checks grasp of accident-generation risk and the influence by which accident-generation risk information gives it to channel selection behavior, building of two item logit model and a convenience to a driver of accident-generation risk information-giving were put into effect.
A bypass and a freeway showed that the bypass is more dangerous 9 times. I questioned a business establishment with the general resident who can think channel selection behavior was different. The tendency which emphasizes the freeway charge was judged from a general resident. Later, the tendency which emphasizes the required time was judged from a business establishment. I found out that the process lead to a freeway by accident-generation risk information-giving is possible in case of both. The model who built was the model who could maintain the consistency. I found out that the advantage to a driver is able to expect the effect of more than 100,000,000 yen a year.
