Study on derivation of the comprehensivization storage function parameters including geography properties
Minjiao LU
In recent years local heavy rains occur frequently, and prompt countermeasures are required. In this study, the model called as the storage function method and used. It is necessary to set parameters from flow and precipitation data, and to analyze it. However, in the small and medium size river, it is difficult to obtain basic data from the human and cost problem.
There is the techniques called as the comprehensivization of the storage function method to formulate the topography and the relations of the parameter as the model parameter determination. However, the applicable basins have limited. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed for the parameter estimate equation derivation that is applicable to the wide basin. The target basin is Uono River basin of Niigata. About those basins, I assumed the calculation result of the distributed runoff model an actual value and calculated reproduction by the storage function method. I identified the parameter that could reproduce the result of the distribution runoff model.
I applied a provided storage function estimate expression to 6 basins of the all over Japan and performed the comparison with the existing expression. As a result, practical use was possible to some extent, and the reproduction that was better than an existing expression was provided about peak flow and delay time when basin areas were more than 300km^2. In addition, as a result of having let this examination type apply to the SFXAJ3 model of Yamamoto and lu (2008) , the reproduction that was better was provided when I used only the storage function method.
