 Study on relationship of earth and sand disaster black spot and the city area expansion

This study extracts the urban area built in land with the danger of the disaster by analyzing various space information, and clarifies the problem of the urbanization in a sediment disaster dangerous part.We examine the gross amount of a sediment disaster dangerous part in the expanding urban area in the whole country. As a result, we confirm that the gross amount is much in Nagano Prefecture in local region and in Kanagawa Prefecture in metropolitan region. And, we extract the object region that is expected to have the problem in Area Divided City Planning Area and analyze the change in Sediment Disaster Prone Areas and land use. We clarify that development in the area is a housing estate with positional specified roads. We also find that there are disaster evacuation site assigned in Sediment Disaster Prone Areas.
