In the traffic management, setting of the signal parameters is very important. In order to set the signal parameters, it is necessary to observe the traffic that passes through to the intersection. Currently is mainly fixed point observation is used, frequent observations in a wide range is difficult in terms of cost. And so, this vehicle trajectory data information has not been fully utilized is the current status quo. In this study, by using only the probe car data. The use of shock wave intersection occurs, and estimating the traffic that passes through to the intersection. Finally, try to review the signal parameters. As a result, a possibility that can improve the signal parameters from the probe cars that have not been considered conventionally been suggested.
