Study on the Condition of the Special Land Use District Designated since 1998

The municipality came to be able to provide the content of the special use district freely with the condition of the area by the 1988 Town Planning and Zoning Act Amendment. This study targets the special use districts designated after 1998.
First of all, we understand the nationwide condition of the special use districts, and make them a pattern by the designated purpose and regulation content. Next, we examine the future land use control method with special use district through the case for each pattern.
As a result, there is specific use districts in the designating form not assumed before law amendment. Based on these, we propose the future possibility of the land use control with special use district.
