User Characteristic and Operating Structure of Moving Sales Business in Provinces.

People need to shopping, but in modern Japan, it cannot perform satisfactorily. Now therefore, " shopping refugees" is rising. So, I focused on moving sales business. I conducted on questionnaire investigation and hearing survey.
I did conduct "hearing survey" to business operator. And I conducted questionnaire investigation to user. I did interview of approximately 20 minutes. As a result, It was found that cost and labor costs is a cause. Questionnaire item is attribute on user and situation on user , status of utilization.
Next, I analyzed discrimination analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of discrimination analysis. People of old generations, male, small the number of households are farty requests.
The result of multiple linear regression analysis. People of the number of households is much, near shopping car from home and a person who can't drive a car is rise the purchased amount .
In the present study, I found operating structure and user characteristic. First, operating structure on business in the black was catch. Next, user characteristic on user are heavily dependent on moving sales business. And all but user are happy with the service moving sales business is providing. It's important to stop near user's home. It's purchased amount is rise. Therefore business operator can continue the business.
