The Estimation of Reappearance Calculation and Residual Capability to Concrete Structure in Ohkouzu Division of Water Old Movable Weir

Ohkouzu division of water old movable weir has been used for about 80 years and retired. Some parts are decided to conserve. Then, it is important to confirm residual capability and earthquake-proof safety.In this study, researched parts which concrete being used at water old movable weir.
The first is the seismic evaluation of the pillars weir. Since placement of reinforcing bars are nonuniform, pillars weir is gravity type structure. According to the seismic intensity method, pillars weir can withstand 150gal of eartquake acceleration at before raised them. And They can also withstand 100gal at after raised them. In the time history response analysis by Koube earthquake wave, they withstand without cracking.
In management bridge which is covered with concrete, there were contained steel of truss structure. Axial force consider the own weight and people weight were less than the allowable stress on the drawing. But, using cross-sectional area of research, they were more than a little bit allowable stress.Allowable stress is the safety factor is large, so the bridge won't collapse.
In the basic of old movable weir, structure calculated pine pile and H-shaped steel.Bearing capacity of the pine pile were lower than the allowable bearing capacity. If the basic was truss structure, edge stress of H-shaped steel were more than allowable stress. But, the basic was steel concrete structure, edge stress of H-shaped steel were less than allowable stress. Therefore, the basic was steel concrete structure.
Residual capability of these structure were confirmed safety by current standards.
