Title Study on Performance Evaluation of asphalt binder in viscoelastic

AdviserˇˇTakeshi NAKAMURA

In japan, when you want to reuse the waste asphalt, I have been assessed using a penetration.
But, if, you want to reuse, it is difficult to correctly evaluate the properties of the asphalt degraded since the penetration rate of the binder consistency.
In the present study, Force Ductility Test (FDT) comparison with Dynamic Shear Rheometer Test (DSR) that can be evaluated indirectly form of dynamic viscoelasticity, resistance to plastic flow, resistance to fatigue failure. To clarify whether FDT is a test to evaluate what kind of performance binder
As a result, part of the band in the graph is the load-displacement FDT results is considered equivalent to the dissipation energy binder until the destruction. Thus, FDT can be said to measure the rheological properties of the binder.
