Study on the Location of Long-life Quality Housing in Local City and its Problem

Recently because of the necessity of an urban consolidating Low Carbon City Promotion Act was enforced. Paying attention to a long-life quality housing, this study understands the trend of location in Nagaoka City as a case study . Moreover, this research aims to search the problem of the long-life quality housing system for the future urban area by clarifying the trend of location and the environment in the surrounding area.
Some residents of long-life quality housing choose the location at the expense of the convenience of the environment and daily life in the surrounding. Because a long-life quality housing cannot keep sustainability without environmental livability, the location inducement is necessary.
