Analysis of Traffic Behavior of Public Traffic Users in Minamiuonuma City

In public traffic of Minamiuonuma City, the difference of the service caused between villages is a problem. In addition, aging is a problem. To solve this problem, this research does the aggregate analysis and non-aggregate analysis by using the questionnaire. As a result, how the person who uses public traffic is acting is understood. In addition, a new, public traffic is examined.
The citizens questionnaire was executed in 2012. As a result of a simple total, most of a public traffic user is senior citizen. The target was made 65-year-old or more senior citizens. The cross tabulation of the age and transportation was done for shopping and going to hospital regularly. Users go to a public hospital and the hospital near the station. A new, public traffic should be a demand taxi.
Actions of the people who say to 65-year-old or more hospital are reproduced. Non-total logit model was made for that. The made logit model has the NL model by whom the citizens bus and a private bus are made a nest type. Other transportation is a taxi, a courtesy car, a motorcycle, and walking. These individual data was made by using result of the questionnaire. It was made according to transportation.300 samples have been extracted at the rate of the district. Next, the distance, the time required, and the charge were calculated. Finally, the likelihood ratio is 0.26, and the hitting ratio is 46.0% in the NL model. The effect of the demand taxi was requested by using the parameter of the NL model. It was compared with other transportation. The number of people has increased from nine people to 96 people when the charge of the demand taxi is reduced from 300 yen to 200 yen. In this, the same result is [de] in the intention of making of the questionnaire charged. Senior citizens use it in case of 200 yen. It is necessary that the demand taxi concentrate demand. It becomes possible by decreasing the operation days, and decreasing useless cost and the time required.
