Development of the simple adhesion evaluation test method of the asphalt mixture

The difference in the adhesion intensity between asphalt layers has influenced fatigue destructive resistance. But the normalized valuation method does not exist between asphalt layers when adhesion intensity is measured. It is difficult to obtain a result with a high system by the past method. The test method which obtains a simple and high-precision result is required when measuring layer adhesion intensity.
This research examined using a past method and the newly assumed layer adhesion test.
The purpose of this research is examination about the validity of the layer adhesion test and the simple adhesion evaluation test.
As a result, it has been judged that the layer adhesion test could become the simple adhesion evaluation test. However, an outdoor test cannot be done by the layer adhesion test. Therefore, an outdoor test is done by the past method.
A future subject will examine the adhesion characteristic from more data.
