The Study on the Condominium with Fixed-term Land Leasehold in Local City

The condominiums are constructed in the local city along with promotion of urban residence. However, the problem of the building update is pointed out as for the condominium. In the system with the building update, there is a fixed-term land leasehold. This study clarifies the use condition of the leasehold condominium and the thought of concerned persons and aims to extract the problem for the supply in the future.
As a result, we clarify the following; 1. The leasehold condominium itself doesn't have a problem. 2. The acknowledgment of the land owners, leaseholders and residents to the fixed-term land leasehold is insufficient. 3. For the entrepreneur, the advantage of the leasehold condominium is fewer than that of the condominium.
Based on these findings, we propose what should be of the lease hold condominium supply in the future
