Examination concerning usability assessment of reinforced measures industrial method of river embankment where sheet piles were used.

Big damage will occur weakly to the overflow in the river embankment in a short time after the levee breach. Therefore, the overflow measures of the embankment are needed. There is a limit in the height , considering cost-effectiveness though the levee breach can be prevented by raising the height of the bank body if it is only an overflow. Moreover, the slope becomes sudden as the height of the bank body is raised when widening the dam body is impossible, and the possibility that the decrease in stability and the collapse by infiltration occur rises.
The reinforced bank body that set up Yaita is designed as a method of strengthening the dam body without raising the height of the bank body to this.In the research in the past, infiltration and the overflow model experiment that usually uses Yaita are conducted, and the utility is verified. As a result, the result that water collected in the bank inside of the body part because the permeability was usually low in Yaita and there was a possibility that boiling is generated was obtained. Moreover, it became the experiment value and an unbridgeable gulf [suru] result as a result of doing the seepage flow analysis on two dimensions.
Then, permeability Yaita where the permeability was given to Yaita is designed, it infiltrates, it experiments on the overflow model, and the utility is verified in the present study. Moreover, it aims to analyze the seepage flow of three dimensions, and to confirm whether the outcome of an experiment can be reproduced
