Kazushi SANO, Satoshi TSUCHIYA

The purpose of this paper, model of location choice behavior at Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway and Kita-Kanto Expressway.
Specifically, the questionnaire survey conducted in offices located in the study area, we analyzed the data from consciousness for factor analysis and covariance structure of consciousness, and disaggregate behavioral model action selection model was build on obtained for the actual behavioral data.
As a result of factor analysis and covariance structure analysis, five factors were obtained and "Proximity to transportation facilities" that there was no significant endogenous variable. So, it was found to be greatly influenced the development of transportation facilities.
Situated action models for the transfer of the office disaggregate behavioral model were constructed. but the Parameter which estimates didn't obtain from the model for the distance to the interchange and had significant t values.
In this study, the relationship could not be determined the office location and the road construction business from real behavioral data. However, the results of the awareness data is considered to be relevant. Need to reconsider the choice of the target area and place the data set.
