Study on the Districts where it has not Started Development in Area Division System

This study aims to clarify the problems of system to support the decision of the land use management plan and the problems caused by the effect which the land use management plan is given. Then, we clarify the followings by the investigation intended for 139 municipalities that have done the project to support making the land use management plan.
¡¦There are municipalities that have not used the support project of the land use management plan to prepare an effective land use control method.
¡¦The land use management plan to secure the effect is not able to demonstrate comprehensive coordinating functions as a high-ranking plan because the plan is operated unitedly with the individual regulation act.
