A Research about the Use Actual Situation and User Satisfaction of the Road Station

In this research, I clarified the actual situation of the road station by the questionnaire survey that carried out not only for the road station managers but also for the road station users in Hokuriku region. From the analysis of these two kinds of questionnaire surveys, I improved the satisfaction of the road station users and examined directionality of the maintenance that let the number of users of the road station increases.
From the result of the user's questionnaires, this study found that the number of users increased on the road station where "overall satisfaction" was high from the discrimination analysis.
In addition, this research focused on some factors such as "Originality", "information guidance", "scale", "cleanliness", "healing" and these five factors constituted the overall satisfaction evaluation of the road station users.
Furthermore, the evaluation structure of overall satisfaction of the road station users became clearly by applying the Structural Equation Modeling for each type of personal attribute and the road station. Overall satisfaction of the road station users was improved by performing the maintenance based on the characteristic of the road station. Finally, it can be concluded that it is possible to increase the number of users of the road station
