Damage in the stratum boundaries such as the low grounds (dune hinterland) between the dune and the dune
and deltas has expanded in Chuetsu and the Chuetsu coast earthquake. In the present study, it aims to clarify
the mechanism of the unequal settling of the detached house by liquidizing in the vicinity of the stratum boundary,

The non-liquidizing ground of the relative density 100% was made for the experiment soil tank by the underwater fall method by
using the sand having been gathered by the Kariwa-son. And, the liquidizing ground of the relative density 30% and 10% compared

When the eccentric load hangs to the house model, the eccentric load influences direction where the house model inclines. The finding was obtained.
