Experimental Study on Components in Tensile Deformation of Uniaxial Concrete Specimen with Retstraint Shrinkage

It is necessary to clarify characteristic of a stress and an effective strain of the concrete when shrinkage is restrained to calculation the crack in the shrinkage.
In this study, The experiment that the release from restraint for a dry period was done by using Test for drying shrinkage cracking of restricted concrete (JIS method) was applied by the research in the past. And, tensile deformation on uniaxial concrete specimen under restraint drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage were extracted.
The results of the study are shown below.
(1)The larger the tensile stress introduced into the concrete, the elastic strain and plastic strain are larger, and the influence of the roading history , kind of shrinkage and the ratio are not received.
(2)The rigidity when reloading it almost becomes the same with the unloading rigidity.
(3ˇËBecause only the elasticity deformation is included in the unloading rigidity,
It becomes more than a static modulus of elasticity of concrete.
(4)There is no relationship between the creep strain and the maximum stress of concrete.
