Diffusion analysis of crude oil in oil spills accident that occurs in the sea off Taian South Korea

Oil is indispensable for our life. The majority of oil is being transported the tanker. However, the oil outflow accident such as running aground of the tanker by an artificial mistake and bad weather doesn't discontinue. The oil outflow might cause a large-scale envirommental destruction.
The accident occurred in the sea off South Korea Taian on December 7th 7:15 of 2007., and crude oil flowed out. Damage is understood there due to this accident and when a similar accident comes, it is necessary to do adequate control work. It is necessary to understand how the crude oil that flows out diffuses for that. it was assumed to be a purpose of the research to understand how the crude oil that flowed out diffused.
In this study, the three dimensional rectangular coordinate model was made, and the diffusion of crude oil by the wind-driven current was analyzed. As a result, diffusing, and moving to the south confirmed crude oil. In addition, it was confirmed that the wind-driven current had a big influence on the diffusion of crude oil in the object region compared with the achievement elephant. Moreover, the monsoon strengthens in the object region in winter and the wind-driven current strengthens strongly. Therefore, the crude oil that flowed out confirmed diffusion, and the movement in a short term. It is thought that high accuracy can be analyzed by the use of accuracy high of the wind data and the geographical features data. In this study, the diffusion of the crude oil of one month December was analyzed. It is thought that it is possible to contribute to the plan of effective measures plan to the oil outflow accident in the future by analyzing other seasons
