As for the concrete member during the use, it can think with the thing that its state of stress influences the invasion of the material which gets into it from the outer world such as a chlorination thing ion or a diffusion process. If it has this effect, it lets the priority of the PC member and the PRC member reflect in the durability design of the structure. Because they are always under compression stress. On the other hand, it has the danger which it raises the minute destruction by the compression the concrete material permeation, too. At any rate, it is important to confirm the influence that influence to the material permeation compression stress.
So, writers made an experiment by using speciments which made a state of stress a parameter, and examined it about the influence of the continuous stress exerted on the material invading process into the concrete. It confirmed that all the influences that influenced to the concrete chlorination thing ion diffusion coefficient of compression stress were nothing as that result.
