The pyrolysis gas cracking system attracts attention necessity, such as reduction of carbon dioxide and, Electricity can be generated from waste and the biomass. HoweverCit is difficult that operate control and the determination for this processing method .In this study, we produce the experimental apparatus that the pyrolysis gas cracking.
This study the focused attention in the supply of pyrolysis temperature and gasifying agent (water vapor and oxygen). We considered the influence that it has on the pyrolysis reaction in a furnace.
Firstly, in order to evaluated the pyrolysis temperature, the pyrolysis influence coexistence of nitrogen was examined .In the range of estimate 400, 500,and 600.As a result, it was confirmed that 600
The pyrolysis experiment was carried out, with pyrolysis gas convention temperature and water vapor amount given as parameters. The pyrolysis reaction didnft take place enough, because the pyrolysis temperature had decreased by given water vapor added to 1/4 mol/g contained in sludge.
The pyrolysis gas cracking added to oxygen and nitrogen was examined. The partial combustion reaction took place actively. And, the amount of the pyrolysis gas, and lower calorific value has increased with an increase by given oxygen added to carbon are is 1/6 mol/g ] 1/4 mol/g contained in sludge.
The pyrolysis gas cracking added to water vapor, oxygen and nitrogen was examined. As a result, the in-furnace temperature rose by coexistence of water vapor and oxygen.
In the case of that the pyrolysis temperature is 600, the amount of the supply of water vapor is 1/2 mol/g-sludge, and the oxygen is 1/4 mol/g-sludge was most efficiently condition .
