A Study on the Location of Garbage Incineration Facility in the Local City -Case Study on Niigata Prefecture-

With paying attention to the garbage incinerator that leaves the urban area with the possibility of becoming a problem aiming at the construction of the recycling society in the future, this study understands the location conditions of the facilities for the local city and aims to examine the problem.
First of all, from the analysis of the location situation and the trend of the garbage incinerator, we clarify that the greater parts of facilities leave the urban area. Moreover, for those location characteristics, facilities are not bundled off to the vicinity part but locate around the urban area, and there are lots of facilities that approach the settlement and the trunk road. Especially, the importance of the reduction function is shown as harmony with the environment in the surrounding in facilities located in the loose regulation area where urban facilities cannot function easily.
