Effective utilization for the MSW incinerator ash is very important technology to creation of the recycling society. In Japan, JLT-46 was used for the using judgment of safety for the slag. However, there is a problem that leachate mechanism is different from use configuration. Then, the purpose in this paper is to understand the leachate phenomenon of the slag mixed concrete. We made model mortar, and examined tank leaching test for the model mortars and the slag mixed concretes.
We conclude that Cr leached from the cement and Pb leached from the slag, Release of Pb from mortar has increased by the influence of release from slag, and the influence of the element is more effective than the sample in releasing from mortar. We suggested the prediction of long-term heavy metal release from the slag mixed concrete. So, it was possible to evaluate the long-term heavy metal release from slag using the proposal method.
