The development of technology for grasping the physiological condition of forest is strongly required in the world for the purpose of forest.
The objective of this research was study analytical technique of the fluctuating characteristics of spectral reflectance in the forest using airborne hyper-spectral data, and to grasp the forest fluctuating characteristics of spectral reflectance. In grasping the spectral reflection change of the tree to the variation of the red edge was analyzed. As the airborne hyper-spectral data used in this research, are influenced by the atmosphere is included, and observational data contains the noise by the atmosphere. Therefore, a technique for reduction the noise in the atmosphere using reference object of the ground was studied. As a result, it was confirmed that to can be corrected much by a correction method using reference object of the ground. Furthermore, the change in the red edge the airborne hyper- spectral data was able to be observed by converting into the reflectance image.
