A Study on Urban Expansion focusing on City Planning Act and Law for Improvement of Agricultural Development Area -For Non Area Divided City Planning Area-

In this study, we notice both City Planning Act and Law for Improvement of Agricultural Development Area and grasp the urban expansion of Non-Area-Divided city from the analysis for area reduction of the land for agricultural use and for expansion of zoning area. Then we examine the ideal way of well organized land use.

As a result of the study we clarify the following facts.

1) Urban Planning Side

In the Non-Area-Divided city, land regulation by zoning had designated lately for the ooze part of the development. And it is difficult to carry out the desination of zoning, since the unused lands exist in the zoning area, even if there is the ooze of the development.

2) Agricultural Administration Side

The area of the land for agricultural use has originally designated for the maintenance of the farmland. But there are the developments with the exclusion of the area of the land for agricultural use except for the district where the field improvement project ended after 1985. And, there are many people who desire the exclusion of those areas.
