Study on the Positioning of Revitalization of Central District at Small-Scale City in the Municipal Master Plan.

In this study, We focus the consistency between municipal master plan and plan of revitalization of central district as one factor of the revitalization of central district . We examine the urban structure and the condition on handling of the central district from the content of both plans, and also grasp the actual condition of the problem of revitalization of the central district.
As a problem of the revitalization of central district, we clarify that the problem of urban structure make the consciousness of the inhabitant for the revitalization obstruct. And we also clarify that in the municipal master plan the setting of the population frame is not suitable for present state, and that because of the role showing the whole future image of the city, revitalization of central district is difficult for main theme.
